Purpose of Healthy Portion Meals

Our goal is to make planning your meals faster and easier. We want you to enjoy your meals with the confidence that you have made delicious and healthy choices in your food selections. We’ll take the guesswork and the stress out of your nutrition because we’ll provide the right food in the right amounts, in the right way, right when you need it! Our meals are not only great tasting and carefully designed to support all three metabolic types (protein, carb and mixed), they are also freshly prepared and vacuum-sealed airtight.

Impeccable Service

You need reliable service, and we promise to operate with a quick turn-around so we can ensure you have your meals by the time you need them. Our delivery is within 3 days of a placed order. And, never again will you have the frustration of consuming soggy, stale, or otherwise disgusting food.

We freeze our delicious meals within the same hour of their preparation. We vacuum-seal everything, which keeps the food fresh and still tasting great even after being frozen and thawed. Food frozen without vacuum-sealing has a shorter shelf life of only 1-2 days, and after the food thaws, 50-70% of its vital nutrients and vitamins are lost.

Vacuum-sealed foods keep well for up to a year. However, Healthy Portion Meals is to serve your nutritional needs now. Although our meals have much longer shelf life, we do not recommend purchasing them for long-term storage. After extensive research concerning long-term storage of freezable foods, less than 5% ever leave the freezer! They end up buried and forgotten. We don’t want to see our clients waste food or money, so we are committed to provide reliable and regular service.

Our Healthy Portion Meals Program works together with our website’s TRACKiT FIXiT points system to help guide you to improved levels of nutrition and a healthier lifestyle.
